ABOUT THE ROLE

Permanent jobs available in Manchester and contract work available around the country (contracts vary, but are typically around 12 - 20 weeks).

Out of town contracts will require working away from Monday - Friday throughout the length of the contract (typically 11 day fortnights)

In addition to driving the trailers to and from unit bases at intervals throughout the shoot, drivers' responsibilities include setting up the trailers for up & running in the mornings, ensuring the trailers are clean and fully operational throughout filming, and closing them down in the evenings.

Filming days can be long, and although there are assistants on site for cast and crew, drivers should be attentive to the needs of the production throughout the day.

Starting wages from £550 per week (for drivers, while team captains' wages are higher)
